Blue-IQHire

Candidate data goes where you can see it.

Resumes carry home addresses, phone numbers and work history. The path they take through Blue-IQ Hire is short, and every step of it is written down.

The trip a resume takes.

Up to the extraction service, read in memory, and back to your browser as a record, with an encrypted copy kept for your organisation.

Not written to disk
An uploaded file is held in memory while it is read, then released. It is never saved on our servers.
Records are encrypted at rest
The extracted record is kept in your browser for the editor, and an encrypted copy is kept for your organisation until you ask us to delete it.
The talent map shows no contact details
The talent map shows only employer, role, skills, experience and work location, and only to your organisation. Names, emails, phone numbers and home addresses are never shown or exported.
Matching is scoped to your account
Resumes you add for matching are searched only for your account and never pooled with another company’s.
